Grape variety: Barbera and Grignolino

Gradation: 13,5%.

Food Match: First Courses of Meat, Red Meats, Game, Seasoned Cheeses

Wine obtained from ripe grapes, it is obtained by making a bloodletting from the must of my red wines, before the fermentation starts. Vinification and aging take place in exhausted barrels. In late spring it goes into stainless steel to finish aging.

Available vintages: 2014 (bloodletting of Grignolino and Barbera, 50% and 50%).
