The "CCC" of Daniele Ricci's cellar is a personal and original interpretation of the Timorasso vine. The white grape of the Colli Tortonesi area is vinified with a short maceration on the skins. maceration on the skins and a long aging in oxidative style. Oenological choices that result in a full-bodied, rich, mature wine, which expresses above all tertiary aromas deriving from maturation in wood. Thanks to the characteristic freshness of the vine, accompanied by light tannic sensations and a clear mineral vein, the wine finds the right expressive balance in the glass, characterized by complexity and persistence.
