From 85% Sangiovese (flanked by Mammolo, Colorino and Foglia Tonda), Le Trame di Podere Le Boncie, the most representative wine of Giovanna Morganti.

Vinified with spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in small open conical vats of 500-700 litres for about 15/20 days, without temperature control, with short macerations. Matured in large casks of various capacities for 18-24 months before bottling.

It is advisable to open and oxygenate the wine beforehand in order to appreciate it in all its richness.
